At SDL Clothing, we aim to process and ship all orders as efficiently as possible.
Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Processing & Shipping
Once an order is placed, processing and shipment typically take
3–5 business days.
After your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your
tracking number.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
Please ensure that all details are complete, including:
- Apartment or unit number
- Suite or building number
- Correct spelling of street and city names
SDL Clothing is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you have
not received it, you must contact the shipping carrier directly.
For U.S. orders, this typically means contacting USPS to file a claim
or request additional delivery details.
SDL Clothing is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered
by the carrier.
Failed or Returned Deliveries
If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery attempt,
the package will be returned to us.
Once the item is received back and inspected, a refund will be issued for the product
price only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
